When appropriate and authorized, work may include extraction, controlled removal, cleaning, air movement, dehumidification, and HEPA filtration. Equipment selection and duration depend on the documented conditions.

Communication
MOD records customer updates, decisions, access interruptions, equipment changes, and the next action. No carrier-payment promise is made.

Closeout
Final conditions, equipment return, open recommendations, invoice evidence, and payment follow-up are reconciled.
